Shipping policy

Free shipping across the US. Every Pakistan Crate ships free to any address in the United States. We don't ship outside the US at this time.

When your order ships

Every crate is hand-packed in Plano, Texas. Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your crate is on its way.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship, depending on where you are in the US. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at hello@getrootcrate.com and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for crates delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or damaged crates

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, your crate arrives damaged, or it never arrives, email us at hello@getrootcrate.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). Include your order number and, for damage, a photo. We'll send a replacement as described in our Refund Policy.

Sending a gift

You can ship a crate straight to someone else: just enter their address at checkout.
